Synopsis
Talk show hosted by Luca Barbareschi. In each episode couples in crisis are invited to face together everyday’s issues, supported in the studio by relatives or friends who could witness their reasons.
The show started quietly at 7 p.m. on Oct. 2, 1989, on Retequattro; it was a growing success, making it one of the most-watched preserials and garnering a number of specials in primetime and late nights.
An American adaptation was made of it entitled That’s Amore, hosted by Barbareschi himself and aired on the Fox Network. After five editions and about 1,000 episodes it closed its doors on June 26, 1994.
